NLP or Neuro Linguistic Programming is a highly effective discipline that allows you to see into the functioning of your behaviours and to make changes to these behaviors if that’s what we choose. NLP is a mix of communication, personal development, and psychotherapy which brings together how we think (neurological processes), the words and style we choose to communicate with (linguistic) and behavioral patterns learned through experience (programming), and that these can be changed to achieve specific goals in life.
Don’t worry too much about the technical terminology of NLP, which can become quite complex, but trust in the experience that you can achieve by following the techniques that I can gently guide you through. See NLP as a holistic, solution-focused way of understanding your underlying thought patterns and having the ability to make adjustments that serve you better.
