OSHO Meditation

Meditation is absolute adventure, the greatest adventure the human mind can undertake. Meditation is just to be, not doing anything… no action, no thought, no emotion. You just are and it is a sheer delight. From where does this delight come when you are not doing anything? It comes from nowhere, or it comes from everywhere. It is uncaused, because existence is made of the stuff called joy.

There are many meditation techniques, and throughout the teachings of OSHO he saw the utility in each one. Further than this utility, he identified a dynamic that could alleviate the sufferings of people who show symptoms of repression or who are psychologically carrying a lot of burden and anxiety. This modern demeanor can require a few specialised techniques to pacify and calm the mind before moving onto the silent and more cathartic methods of eastern meditation. What we’ve been left with from Osho’s efforts is more than 6000 discourse transcriptions published in over 600 books and Over 200 Meditation Techniques.

How do I work?

As an Osho Meditation Facilitator, I am a catalyst for people on their personal meditative journey, to introduce the techniques and concepts. Presenting a background of the theory I can instruct and answer the questions that arise from the practices. I discuss the general deceptions of mind and bring meditators into receptive acceptance and vulnerability of the techniques through attentive awareness and self actualisation. Osho meditation encourages the subject to celebrate with music and dance, and to carry his or her aliveness in all activities and directs us towards authentic being, allows a stable peace of mind and a natural opening to more mystical experience.

I shall, during our time together, present methods for awakening, describe the key ingredients to successful meditation, explain the concepts of the observer and the witness, describe the link between meditation and love, teach the values of aloneness and embrace uncertainty, explain the difference between you and your experiences and take you on a journey of emotion and joy through the playful techniques that Osho has given us to find deep meaning in being.
